If you will count from the date application was received it is almost correct..... Mine application was received by CIC on Aug 7, 2018.. from that date onwards...22 months will be completing on Jul 07, 2020.

Lol Even CIC didn't answer that question, I had to do appeal for "right of information" and after that they gave me AOR.

I have never received notes, I contacted them and they asked me to do it again which I didn't.

I applied, they mentioned they are not clear which information I need? so I replied back to their email asking information on my file for PR under QSWP.
