INLAND PR EXPEDITE PROCESS REQUIREMENTS

Hello everyone,
Can I request IRCC to process my application faster if I let them know I received approval from a University and need to start soon or would that be unwise and should just go as an international student. Or even ask to expedite my application as I just receive confirmation of a new job?
I am an inland PR applicant and have been waiting since May 2020.
medical passed July 14 2020.
Biometric December 3rd 2020.
No updates after Medical.

Nothing yet,I have been sending Webforms every Monday's and even these no responce. From the GCMS note i requested on January 20th 2021, my last update on my profile was in August 30th 2020.
