My husband's PR application was refused due to us forgetting to submit a document on time and we missed the window for reconsideration. How long do we have to wait to reapply or does he have to go back to the US since his visitor status is also over? We have a young child and I am also 5 months pregnant with our second. Hope he doesn't have to go back for a year before reapplication. Help!
