Inland or outland?

I've read lots of posts about inland/outland applications, but just want to make sure, so here's my situation:

I'm in Canada (Canadian citizen)
My wife is in China (Chinese citizen)

So we'd choose outland, right? For question 4 on 0008 would we enter the name of the office in Beijing?

Yes, you should apply outland. Most likely your office is Beijing but it depends on where she lives in China. There seem to be a few exceptions where they ask you to apply to Hong Kong.

She's in Jinan, Shandong Province, but it's easy to get to BJ from there. So for form 0008 question 4 I should put Visa Office in Beijing, China (People's Republic of)?
