Hi there,

What is a landing fee receipt? Is this included in the 1040$ we paid for spousal sponsorship under the title Citizenship and Immigration fees? Or do we need to pay it separately?

Thanks,

Hello all, could some one tell me how to accommodate below lines requested in interview letter please!!??
"Important Dates – During the interview the officer will ask for your original date of entry
into Canada as well as your most recent entry date into Canada
Please ensure you have noted these dates and bring proof to substantiate them"

All the date stamps should be in your passport!

Hi All, I have the interview on 25th May. I'm confused that, I have my spouse attached to application, but in invitation letter nothing mentioned about her and she is in India. what will be the further process? Could someone share their experience or suggestions please.

They don’t always stamp these days. If your passport didn’t get stamped, bring along copies of boarding passes or flight receipts (if you flew).

Thats true too!

But I don't think so you need to bring any boarding passes, as long as you remember the dates, it should be fine! They already have this info in the system, they just cross check and see if it matches with their database.

Thats what happened in my case!

Anyone know Vancouver visa office email? Was anyone successful getting their application transferred to another office from this sh**hole? They gotta be kidding with 3 months waiting!

You were told the processing time for the entire process would be 12 months. Vancouver is a busy city for everything. Thought you'd know that.

Anyway, a few folks in the Facebook group who got their DM emails on March 15th received their invitations today

It’s automatically more than 12 months for many Vancouver people, though, since it’s often at least 12 months just for the processing and an additional two, three, or more months if you land in Vancouver. Doesn’t seem fair to have 12 month targets for some provinces and 15 for others. (Although Quebec is even worse...)

Hi @LinkinMark, could you please post the link or the name of the FB group that you saw the invitations today? I couldn't find it on the FB group that I follow. Thanks!
