Hi,

I am applying for the " Inland Canada spouse PR Application" for my wife.

What should we write in the Parent's
name in IMM 5406 (Family Information) and IMM 5669. (Background)

My wife passport has parents' names as "First and Last Name" (e.g, Dinesh Arora and Neeru Arora)

her parent's passport has Given Name as "First Middle and Last Name " (e.g, Dinesh Brijlal Arora and Neeruben Dinesh Arora)

Our marriage certificate also shows her father's name as "First Middle and Last Name "(e.g, Dinesh Brijlal Arora)

Her birth certificate shows her parent's names as " Dinesh Brijlal Arora and Neeruben"

while she came on a student visa in 2020, she filled parents' information in IMM5406 (family information) as per her passport "First and Last Name" (e.g, Dinesh Arora and Neeru Arora)

I am confused should I write as per her passport or as per her parents passport.

As if I write full name as per her parent's passport, it will mismatch with my wife passport information. And if i write as per my wife's passport it will mismatch with every other document.

Thanks
Kashyap

Pick how she wishes to present it as most accurate and likely to reflect their passport information is my suggestion - and then just incldue a letter of explanation with these variations and explain that their documents are not consistent.

This is not particularly rare esp from certain countries so not a big deal.

Thank you so much for responding, do you have any suggestion for a format of explanation letter.
