Usually it's 4+months for FSW Inlanders however now a days no movement at all.peach49 said:Tuskers, have you or anyone else had any insight into how much longer this PPR stalemate could last for FSW? I heard all sorts of contrasting rumours!
Work permit doesn't need to expire, u can apply 4 months before it expires for BOWP. So why to be in Implied statusTuskers said:Thank you.
Am planning to submit BOWP during first week of December and once my current work permit expires I will be under implied status.
Man, it's highly unlikely that our applications will be processed this year due to prioritized processing of refugees. Apply for BOWP as soon as possible.Tuskers said:Am expecting my PR before my work permit expires that's why I didn't apply BOWP.

Btw, are you on WP with LMIA now? Because working holiday visa and PGWP can't benefit from implied status.
