Nothing has been consistent in express entry...July applicant..something is coming..but i dont know..how and when???..but when it will come..its gonna be surprising and wow..keep tight

Ghost email, my cic updated Monday night, no change in ECAS. Maybe next week?

I am July 25th AOR.

no information what so ever till now. no ghost emails no status updates. Ecas status has same 4 lines.
GCMS notes says they are still on background check and criminal checks. no updates since Early September on the application?

I am worried now.

i have to plan to go back home for some wedding events and they all are planned in FEB 2016. i cannot miss them. and here no sign of PR :(

i am also on the same boat FSW-inland sept...

i also have a wedding to attend in December.. i already sent my dependents and i am going in dec.

i think there is no problem if you go to your home country. less than 6 months.. if you go more than 6 months then you need to get PCC and also medicals done again..

seniors correct me if i misguided..

I thing is when i have plan to come back to canada with my dependents in FEB or Early MARCH. It will be 6 months in Jan for my application. i have seen people with Inland FSW gets COPR close of 4-5 months. Thats how the trend is. So i should hope that my application will be approved by DEC. But i am not seeing much progress so far and this is making me worried.

I do not understand why you guys are cribbing so much. You ee guys are extremely
lucky to get pr in a span of 6 to 8 months and few even in 4 montjs.

We guys from last october under fswp are still waiting for pr.
Ottawa vo has infact completely stopped working on our files since 3 months because
they are prioritizing your applications which is completely unfair by Ottawa vo.

So its for us to panic and not you guys. Just consider urself lucky!

Good about paper application is that if something not correct the VO will request and applicant can submit. That's not the case in EE. For me the wait period is similar to yours as my first application in last year returned because of quota got over. Messages are flowing in that's only shows togetherness.

Ok let me step in, I have both a paper application and EE in process.

trust me paper application is painfully slow and completely closed (in terms of transparency)!!

The guy is right EE at-least gives a certainty of 6 months processing time , paper is a back hole !

I submitted paper application 2 months prior to my EE ,
All I have is a AOR which came after 2 months with no other update.
To put it in context after 6 months all I have from my paper application is AOR.

I agree in paper application they ask for additional document (but underline the word additional).
They will straight out return the whole package without any notice even if a single document was missing this happens 3 months after we submit the application.
then you need to send it back again and wait for few more months before you even receive a AOR.

With EE they ask for only the documents which we say we have while creating the profile. The process is very transparent !

HI ALL,

I HAVE BEEN ASKED FOR SCHEDULE A 5669 DOC.

so i have a question,

in mother's detail they ask for family name at birth. so do we have to give family name at the time of birth or the family name after marriage? as my mother has different family name after marriage so i am little confused what to give in this section.
