OK, taking my words back then. Good luck Anya, btw! Looks like you'll get your DM/PPR in few days...Anya654 said:Disagree. Not all outland apps are processed at Ottawa, some are actually processed at their local VO's. Furthermore those outland FSW applicants whose applications are processed at Ottawa have the same timeline as inland FSW. Take me an outlander for example and a few others, my app is being processed at Ottawa and I've been waiting for a decision since May 08.
I have been very patient with the process before today but I am very angry at the moment. I have just seen people who had ITA after my AOR get PPR. That is the heights of it. To also notice that they have intentionally stalled FSW stream also makes me more angry. I mean, some people were qualified for both CEC and FSW but got FSW ITA, whose fault is that? Just not happy at all.wifedoctor said:I really thought I would be done in September. Like landing and all.
I am very disappointed, and speechless, this is unfair and completely haphazardous.
Now I feel 6 months is the best case scenario.
I know whining won't speed up the process, but just wanted to commiserate lol
Why do you think that CIC has intentionally stalled FSW stream?Ibyt said:I have been very patient with the process before today but I am very angry at the moment. I have been left to assume that because I haven't seen any serious movements in about 2.5 months especially for applications treated in Ottawa.witchkiki said:Why do you think that CIC has intentionally stalled FSW stream?

Latest PPR batch was on THURSDAY Oct 1st (2 applicants)
Before that, PPR batch was on FRIDAY Sep 25, (7 applicants)
Before that, PPR batch was on MONDAY sep 14 (5 applicants)
Average days to PPR for MAY AOR recipients only = 130 days.
As you know anything you add there will count towards point and as well as you have to show the reference letters. I have done for samething for my wife and include her work experiences in the personal history. Also, in the past I have worked in five companies. I have included only my latest job and provided reference letter for current alone. For the rest I have included the personal history. To answer your question, to me there is no misrepresentation as you have included in personal history and for CIC they know that you don't want claim points or you couldn't get reference letters for them.Reginald said:I am very scared and would like urgent help, please:
I am thinking of withdrawing my application. This is why:
In order not to provide employment reference for spouse, I just answered "No" to the question " does X have work experience?" Although I listed all my spouse work experience in the personal history section and noted it in my LOE, I am still afraid that the "No" might be construed as misrepresentation.
Please, offer any advise you can as I'm on the verge of withdrawing my application.
To those applying with your spouse, how did you handle that part?
Thanks
congrats.... ppr on the way may be in 10 days....zeeman90 said:Guys just an update. I got DM this morning. See the timeline below:
