I had been following this thread for long time and thought to share the experience of landing. I landed yesterday at Pearson airport after a short trip to US. It went smooth, did not ask for POF (I was ready to provide), asked those three question regarding criminal record etc. , told us to wait for few mins and then we signed the COPR. Officer then congratulated us After that we got our new SIN number right there from Airport Service Canada. It took around 40 mins to get everything done. Best of luck guys who are waiting for PPR.

Hey Guys!

I am wondering if all Inlanders are asked for RCMP PCC or not!
I see it only in some timelines. I have my AOR on 31st Oct. and haven't heard that request so far! I wonder if it is normal.

Does anyone know what is CIC criteria to ask for RCMP PCC? is it depending on how long the applicant lived in Canada?

From the GCMS notes what I understood is: they enter your name into the RCMP database to see if there is a possible match with any criminal case. If it comes back negative, you are good. if they find any possible match, they will ask for RCMP PCC to make sure that you are not the person. In my GCMS notes it says "No RCMP clearance initiated". CIC does this check at the early stage of your application process. I think you wont be asked for it.

Updated in the Feb AOR thread and thought I would do the same here. Got 2nd ghost Email today.

Double checked profile and everything remains the same. No change since Medicals passed.
