I just received my COPR, and would like to notify IRCC that I am already in Canada.
1. The best scenario would be visiting a local office, though I suspect if that is still an option. Can I contact them via phone regarding this matter? If so, which number should I call to reach them?
2. If the 2 options above are not available, which category under the Webform should I contact them with?
3. What documents should I submit along with my request, beside scanned passport w/ pr visa, copr, and proof of address?
