good morning ! Unfortunatly there is no time limit.... we are gonna reach 27 month on june 8 and still waiting for DM.... you can see my time line in signature. Only good news for us we received pre arrival may 21. What is your time line ?

I'm sorry to hear your application is taking longer than normal. You can inquire directly to IRCC via web form if your application has gone past the timeline by clicking here:

https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp

Click on the link, scroll down and click on the blue button that says 'tell us more', go through the 2 questions they ask, it should then lead you to another blue box that says 'go to web form', click on that.
