the secret with cic agents is to kill them with kindness. I always got a nice person when I called, which was multiple times. As long as you're nice and aware that they can't do anything about your aoplicstion, they should be fine. They can see your notes and should be able to help within reason.

+1 for this, I had similar experiences.

Congrats to all who have received SA, AIP, DM and landing interviews. IRCC seems to be on a roll.

yes...that is SA! Congrats! You might as well pay the RPRF if you didn't up front. you should be hearing more once the medical results are received.

I'm not seeing you on the spreadsheet--feel free to join. :)

I see a trend people getting DM on the same day as AIP or just after few days of AIP

Got SA/AIP on Jan 3rd and 4th..called CIC and have been told that the application will be processed in 26 months so it will be done by October :(

Can someone tell me that it will not take 26 months and will be done early, I willl atleast feel good

Trust me, if you pass 26 months, it will be a big deal. There is a strong likelihood you will have DM in the next couple weeks. So just relax and don't worry about it. Just go about planning your landing party instead...

when I called cic a few weeks ago, they said to me I was still within the 26 month time frame. (26 months is absolute worst btw. If you look at the spreadsheet, you can see the average is about 16 months or something.)

anyway, I got my dm and landing last week after being told I was still in the 26 month window. I am sure you will hear soon :)

I am in the same boat, don't even want to call CIC any more, I called them twice and both times the agents were very nice and told me that my application was going to be processed in 26 months so in August 2017 (I'm June 2015 applicant).
I ordered GCMS notes so we'll see what they say. But 26 months!!! :o >:(

Don't take that too literally. The processing time listed on their website is 26 months so they have to quote that. That is a worse case scenario though, on average it's about 16/18 months if you look at the spreadsheet and about 5% is 26 months. After being told the same, I received my landing a week later.
Hopefully you will hear soon.
