Does anyone know what is going on with all these December 2015 applicants getting AOR's? My application was received on November 24th and I haven't received my AOR and I see many others waiting even longer. Should I/we call CIC?

Hi i need a help i sent my application dec 2015 i received AOR January 3 , i read that they change the photo specification what will i do now? 2nd my father just died and obviously i did not put the date of his death to my application because He just died yesterday

My condolences. I don't know either how to send your photo but u have AOR ya? You might wanna call and ask for instructions on how to send them. Myself too have a document that I need to send them, I do have an AOR but I'm waiting for their instructions since I mentioned it to my cover letter. When you do send them the new photo, you might wanna inform them too about your father's and just include that on your cover letter. I hope someone could give us some advice on how to deal with it.
Can anyone who has submitted an upfront medical for inland after AOR confirm with me that it is possible to do that and how they went about submitted it? It doesn't say on the website. (infact it doesn't even say if you can do this at all)

according to the 2014-2015 spreadsheet is taking 473 in average for the AIP.Dillinger said:

as far as i know, if you have a work permit you might be able to get OHIP if you can get from your employer a offer/letter of employment that says you will be working with them for at least 6 months...Dillinger said:

I'm currently on Study Permit in Canada, me and my fiancee are getting married in less than a month
. My SP expires in June. what time do you guys think is the best to apply? Should I wait for my Post Graduate work permit to apply?
My fiancee will also be changing jobs in March/April. So I though I would wait to apply until then.
I'm eligible for 3 year post graduation work permit, so no rush.
Also me and my fiancee are planning to have a baby this year. I'm wondering if this will speed up the process or not.
another question, what kind of proof do you need to provide if you apply inland?

Should I change my last name before filing the application? Or should I wait till I get my PR card?
How do I do that? Just change all my docs like driver's license, health insurance and SIN to my new name and then apply?
if I change my SIN to a new name, I should probably notify CRA as well? As I previously filed taxes under my maiden name ..
My last name in my passport and my work permit will still have my maidens name ? Will that be a problem?
Or should I apply right away for work permit under my new name?
