I know this is a bit late but if you guys are ever looking for a great lawyer/consultant to represent you then I might know the right guy who charges a decent amount not on the pricey side. about 40% less then what others charge. People can DM for his contact details. He handled all my queries and questions very well, he was my point of contact with the CIC. I know a lot of people are already through over 75% of the application process on here but just a future reference or anyone you know who might need help in future. I know this might come off as a marketing thing but trust me I wrote a review for him on google and I wouldn't have if I had any doubts (I rarely do reviews) but this was the best $ i have spent. A lot of people say its useless spending $ on a consultant but I have read so many times on here people missing a spot to sign and the whole application gets returned back and pushes those processing periods even further.
I guess spouse application does not require any consultant. Individual should do by there own.
You know your situation better then anyone else. Just need to follow the guideline available cic website and this forum is best to compare your self to another case.
I have seen many people hire a consultant and then boom... they are in black they never know whats communication is gng in between lawyer and cic.
Thats my personal experience and plus i have seen almost 30 to 40 people in my circle they never hire any consultant at-least for spouse immigration.
Hope that helps for the people as well.
