Its been over a year now since they have had my application and it kills me on the inside knowing its just been sitting inside a box collecting dust. I know from the spreadsheet timeline that its going to be another 6 + months until they even start to process me.

Managed to [somehow] get the OWP under the Pilot Program...even though you were likely out of status, but once again CIC screwed up...

Also managed to fly back to Ireland for a nice little holiday and then successfully return to Canada without CBSA hassling you...

Hi guys! I just have read in FB that a June 2014 applicant recvd an email from CIC asking to submit proof of cohabitation and their medicals. Wow I really dont know how CIC works. But again still happy because there is movement.

Good news my husbands OWP has been received yesterday and approved last march 19,2015, my question are we in the pilot program ? or we are on the regular application ? is this means CIC now done with the sponsorship approval ? thats why they approved my husband OWP? Pls. help senior or anybody with inputs? Thanks and goodluck to all..

Based on your timeline, I would say that it is NOT the pilot program OWP, but...you'll need to now wait for the email(s) from CIC to let you know for sure.

Either way...congratulations!

I see that you have two different timelines, so disregard what I said above. If you re-submitted your PR application this probably is the pilot OWP.

Could you please let me know exactly when was you PR application received the second time (according to the eCAS or the AOR)? I still have the old date in the spreadsheet.

Hi everyone
Can Anyone answer this please... My husband applied for inland sponsorship in Quebec. I received both open workpermit case 27, and CSQ on the basis of "that" error mail by CIC(27-2-15). Now the question is, can I enroll for full time French language course offered by Quebec Govt. on the basis of these 2 docs only.
Thanks in anticipation.
P.S: I haven't yet received AIP.

This is so insane...Nothing to do in Canada (except volunteer)

I would be happy to add you to the spreadsheet but I would need the exact date when your app was received by CIC (you can get it from the AOR or from eCAS) and the date you received the AOR email.

Hey Everyone! Can someone help me? They recieved our application on 1/15/2014....anytime I try logging in to CIC to check the status of our application it says the information I put cannot be found. So could it be the most likely scenerio that they havent gotten to my application yet or am I putting in the wrong information? Should I be inputting my husbands information?

They received it Nov.5, 2014, thats the second time, no ecas yet, just wondering why no ecas but aor sept.8,2014. thank you.
