After the first stage approval, CIC will send you a letter if the medical needs to be redone. I hope you will get AIP +DM at the same time so, you don't have to worry for it.

thank you , what is the DM? i have also included owp doesn't that mean that they will NOT grant me the work permit and health insurance till they receive an updated medical if needed?

I know I am 4 days ahead from you. I always check my partner's email since he is the sponsor. The sponsor will receive an email for the AOR. I need to send my Police Certificate from the Philippines before it will expire next month, since it is only good for 3 months.

Im hoping I will/We will receive the AOR soon...I'm worried cause 3 of the applicants here, their application was sent back to them after 3 months, and worse CIC doesn't have any idea (most of them) what is AOR and they will always said that you will hear about your application after 7 months which is crazy.....

DM means Decision Made and thats the end of the Application process, after that you basically have to wait for your Landing interview and eventually your PR card after 6 weeks.
If you send your OWP with your application, then you will receive your Work Permit few days after you have your First stage Approval and then, you can apply for Medical/Health Card and SIN number. So, you can start working.

Application returned to me on February 17th due to outdated Sponsored Partner Questionnaire (IMM 5285) and an Application to restore my status was needed
Application sent to Mississauga on March 3rd and arrived on the 4th for processing....
AOR: ???
Open Work Permit: Submitted together with the Common Law application
Medical: Included with Police Checks.
Fee: Paid
