As for medical redo's, applicants cannot get their COPR or land in Canada unless their current medical tests are valid at the time of landing. So the applicants may have no choice but to redo their medical test, even though it is no false of their own due to long CIC inland processing time. They do have the alternative to NOT do the medical test upfront and wait for CIC to request medical test.GustavesF said:I'm a little confused. Since CIC takes an eternity to do anything, why exactly do they need people to re-do their medicals and/or security checks?
Depending on how long this process takes, are we expected to get fresh medical exams every year?
Those that did upfront medical for inland have to accept consequences that can happen beyond their control, (processing time). They do get the possible positive benefit of no delays in their processing. They also have to accept that there is also a possible negative benefit of having to redo their medical exam again.
