At 9:41 am this morning I landed officially in Canada! I'm so glad the wait is finally over... and I can move on with my life!

I wanted to say thanks to all the people on this board... you guys have been a huge motivating factor, and kept me sane during the PAFSO strike... so thank you!

I wish you all who are still waiting the best, and a speedy wait, at that.

Keep on keepin' on, and don't lose hope during the wait... its totally worth it!

Just a bit of an update, after receiving my OWP yesterday afternoon, today was my day to get stuff done. First stop Service Canada to get my SIN renewed. But oh no my WP isn't validating. Back home to call CIC, for once i waited under 5 mins to get through to be told " it looks like whoever worked on your file didn't close it, that's why it's not showing on their system." This will take up to five days to complete. Wow CIC.

Wow its moving fast, March 31st 2013 atm! At this speed the processing times will go right down in a few weeks.

Mine was received on March 20th and there hasn't been a change to our ecas. But we did get the med request (and sent in) so I'm trying to stay positive. Hell, we haven't even received our AIP. But I've seen several people received that at the same time as the rest.
