Hi,
I'd love to join the spread sheet too..

1. Application received on 08 July 2013
2. I dont know when CIC start to process my application
3. Didn't send OWP yet
4. Send my medical and police certificate ( med done : June 14 2013)

Quick question : why i could not check my application online with my UCI number that CIC give in the email they send to my huband? Anyone experienced the same thing?

You have been added. When did you get the email? Usually, it takes few days before you can login into the system.

Oh and I can't check my application status on ecas either. I think they haven't even started opening the June and July files. No one seems to have received AORs recently, last AORs sent out were for May applicants. I was looking at their timelines and expecting an AOR within a few days but that doesn't seem to be case for June/July files.

I check ecas everyday. Damn I thought the waiting part would be easier on me but yeah I think it's gonna take a month or so before we even see AORs for july applicants.

1. Application received by CIC
2. The date when processing started
3. Did you send OWP with app?
4. Did you send medical/PCC with app?

1.I sent my application on 11july 2013
2. waiting for my AOR.
3. I did send my application for OWP.
4. Medical & PCC were also sent with the application.

Just to share.....as per the online tracking for Canada Post.....my application reached there on the 15th July 2013.

You know.. Looking at the trend of 2011 and 2012 applications. I was hoping that they'll catch up and get back to the 6 months processing time when they start July August Sept applications. That's how it's been since last few years, they always catch up. But the only thing that's working against my hope is the PAFSO Strike. The shuffling of staff and resources might stop them from following that trend this year But I so wish that isn't the case and the strike ends soon too.

To be honest with you, I doubt it is the case. I think people are worrying too much. But it's hard to tell I guess! We can only hope and stay positive it's super hard though, I'm more or so worried about our app not containing enough proof and stuff like that

You're right. And half of my worries are about the proof and all too so yeah waiting is the safer aspect of the application. But yeah it's all about staying positive and being patient.

If the email stated "we recieved your application on July 10" ..then your AOR is July 10 ... however, that does NOT mean it has begun processing, but at least they got it!

Police/Medicals? Police -> Nope. Moved here when I was 18. Medicals -> No, but will do upon request/earlier

Do you guys advice doing a medical AFTER AOR?? What are the chances of medicals being lost in the process? The panel physician that I have an appointment with offers e-medicals.

For Medicals that shouldn't be a problem! I haven't done my Medicals yet and I got AOR back in February

hi!

since march 11, the day we sent our sponsorship application, i could just check my status and it says recieved, today ( after 5 months ) i can check my husband status and it says sponsorship in process, and permanent resident application status recieved.

they started to process our application in march 21,2013.

somebody who can tell me how long it will take until i can get any news!!?
