You should have a receipt in your my account in CIC.

I do have a print out of my receipt other than that no confirmation in my email nothing sigh :'(

Hey guys!!! CIC is working today!!! I received my AIP today at exactly 9:34am! I had to submit a custody letter from my ex husband so our app got delayed.

I looked at your timeline. Are you sure that Mar 23rd is AIP? As I know, when Cic requests meds, that is the AIP.

Vegreville. And no, a request for a medical exam doesn't mean AIP. AIP is when you get a letter from CIC saying you met the eligibility requirements to apply as a permanent resident in Canada. I was asked to submit a custody letter in January, they received it (based from the tracking number) February 21st.

Nope. I actually got a med request a month ahead of my AIP letter. Those are two separate things. Though usually you get med request after AIP.
