As i told u before Red_gatsby ...if u want ur COC earlier then u sholuld ask ur represented lawyer to wrote a letter to them and tell them u need ur COC FOR UR PR APPLICATION ...i am very sure ur lawyer know how to do it as my lawyer did this for me ..
u have to attached ur lawyer letter with all other necessary documents .
and as u told me u r not singaporean then u have to fill both form ...coc appeal form and coc application from
for more info u can visit their e site ..ww.spf.gov.sg and u can see online application form for coc ...and their requirements also

I am also from Singapore, may I ask what did your lawyer write in that letter to SPF for your COC? Do you still have that letter for reference, maybe the rest of us can 'copy' it? ;D I did not get a lawyer to handle my case as I thought it was quite costly, how much are they charging you? Haven't been working for so long, don't think I can afford legal help now.

Tuesdayc ...You can't believe what happen this afternoon ......i called up Canada post and they told me my Letter still with Vancouver customs and they can't help me at all ..but when i went out and check my mail box ,my registered mail already delivered to me without my signature...Canada post service not very good and this already happen with me twice ..i send my registered mail to my lawyer 3 weeks ago with tracking and they just delivered direct to his mail box without signatures ...

Yes, Once u got Ur COC better u send to CIC because later also they Gonna ask u about this and keep one copy of ur COC as record ..About me , I already sent to my lawyer this afternoon because he is the one gonna deal with CIC...He gonna Forward My PCC to CIC ...

Vegreville CPC worked yesterday , I got a receiver signature from add. documents I sent on Saturday , and got delivered at 7:58 am Monday ,signed by rob brown ( God bless him )

No problem ..i will post for u here tomorrow morning ...But the problem is this letter must be wrote on any lawyer letter head pad or any immigration consultant letter head pad ...because he is the one who asking for COC from SPF to move our PR application to next step as a Our Immigration case represented , Not we r the one asking COC From SPF ..hope u understand what i mean ...good luck and god bless all of us

Oh, I also wanted to mention...since they're wanting an FBI report, did they also mention if you needed a report from the state you lived in as well? I'm from Georgia and I had to submit both the FBI report and a GBI report (Georgia). You might want to check that as well, just to keep you from losing any more time than you already have.
