Isn't Jellyfish an early March applicant? Or am I missing something?

Well technically I sent my app March 3rd I think? But it got returned because I filled out a form in January and they didn't like that. So after I quickly returned it It then counts as Received 27th of March and AOR was 8th of April I guess.

I scheduled my meds for this Friday! Was surprised they had a time so soon!

Oh right. Where are you doing your meds? When i did mine everyone was talking 2-3 weeks wait time and they one Dr asked me to come the next day at 3. Was like a conveyer belt in there.

I have never in my life hated spam and junk mail more tha I do right now. I see a new message in my inbox, freak out and then realize that it's Starbucks telling me about their new lattes. Not now Starbucks!

Landing dates are sent via snail mail. Some have reported also getting that information from eCas and email in addition to snail mail. Snail mail is an absolute though for all even with the extra additions sometimes reported.

Thanks you very much Alurra71 for your detail answers, that's so kind from you. have a great day :)

Hello MisterBob,

Are you applying as a conjugal or common law relationship? I'm sponsoring my partner as common-law though she was away for about 35 days during the 12 months living together.

Hello Linden,

We are applying as common-law. We live together during the continuous time. But for our case, we took the time and actually lived together for nearly 2 years. She moved in 1 month afer we officially starting dating but was away 87 days during that time. Cic confirmed that it still counts as continuous as long as it is within 90 days.

I went with Dr. Cheryl Anderson on Broadway and Cambie ish, they seemed really nice! Only did it on Tuesdays and Fridays apparently but seemed to have plenty of time!

LOL! I hear ya!

Since we paid the fees online and received our receipts via email...I'm hoping that my mail server will know NOT to route anything from CIC to my spam/junk folder!

Do they do the x-ray on site? I did mine with Dr Chan in Toronto. Pretty quick, mostly painless procedure (apart from the blood test). Had to go to another place up the road to get the X-ray but the wait there wasn't that long. All in think it was just under an hour and a half.

Yeah I think I have to do the xray at one place and blood work at another, at least she listed them as 3 separate payments. First time xray wee :3

Yeah it's just a chest x-ray, nothing to worry about. The weirdest thing for me was that the dr just asked me if i'd had any TB and took my word for it that i'd been vaccinated!

That's why they make you go for X-rays... they check your lungs to see if you have TB :)

The doctor asked you because they always do.
