I'm afraid if they would return the application because they dont have medical, even though the checklist says:

Proof of medical examination (If you do not hold a valid Medical Report, Instructions will be given to you when you receive your notice of eligibility)

can any one please shed some light on this if they have any experience?
I want to send me application in tomorrow but don't want it returned either

Don't worry there are alot of applicants who submit there medical later in the process. Most do this so they wont have to pay to redo another medical later if theirs expire. The only downfall is that it may cause a slight delay in the process of your application later on. However you can send in your Medical as early as you like to save some time. Although you could see if you can get an appointment for the medical tomorrow and send it with you application. Or if you waited a couple of days to get the medical it wouldn't effect your time line that much. Its entirely up to you wether you want to submit your medical before they request it or if you want to wait until the request comes.

Personally I would wait until you get AOR at the least. Any communication after the application is mailed in is supposed to include your name, date of birth, UCI, and *application number/file numver*

AOR gives you the application number.

Just my opinion.

When you get the medical done the doctor will send the results to Ottawa where they will be entered into an electronic file. The doctor will also give you a paper saying the medical was done. make a copy of this for your self and send it in to Vegreville. Doing your medical right away should be fine but Im not sure if you should send to Vegreville the paper that the doctor gives you right away. I might wait until you have a file number once you receive AOR so that you can reference to your file when you send it in. Im not sure about this but it seems logical.

You will be fine, your application will not be returned because of no medical included. It says right here in the guide that if you haven't provided one that you will receive instructions at a later date to submit it - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5443E.pdf. AOR's are coming pretty quick these days. I would just send in the proof when you receive the AOR, but if you want to do it twice I guess it wouldn't hurt anything. Oh and I made a mistake in the last post, you dont need to send in the original. Keep the original and send in a copy.

You can only send in the original color form with photo attached by the doctor.

I strongly encourage you to wait for AOR. That way you will have your file number (as required) and you know they got your package before you mail more things in. (Search fandv if you want to scare yourself. He's a user.)

Try not to stress. It will be okay. You have plenty of time after AOR to send in your medical.

Now just a few more hours of work here and ill be ready to send my application in tomorrow morning. I will report back and would be SO HAPPY to be added to the list.
It was good to revisit all our relationship stuff, I just put my wife to sleep. She'll be here with me on Friday after being apart for a little less than a month!
After I send this in, I think I'll just forget about the application for atleast a few days and recharge my heart with her love.

we didnt have a photo attached to ours by the doctor. The photo was attached to the document that the doctor sent in him self. yeah we did our application inland through Vegreville. Im not sure how it differes from CPP-O although I thought CPP-O is the VO for outland applicants who reside in Canada. I actually have no Idea but Im assuming that is where the difference is.

When they say place barcodes on top of the application. They mean on top of all the package? or the respective form the barcode is from. There are 2. I've been asking too many questions, my apologies.
