Hi all, need some help on the application.

My hubby (the sponsor) starts a new job today. And I was wondering how I can go about updating this with Immigrations.

We totally were holding off on the change for a while but given that the timeline for sponsor assessment has been increasing like weekly, we had no choice but to go ahead. Sigh...

Anyone who has any info... please share... thanks! :)

I wanna get some under armour from bass pro shops so I can survive the winter. I love their hoodies and thermal wear.. That's what I'll be wearing :)

Lucky you guys are moving to BC.. I wish. Airdrie is rather boring!! Oh I bet they are. I don't find any of the shops that interesting except from the tea shop :)

Oh nice, yes will need a few more base layers too will check out bass pro. Fernie is´nt a definite yet but were going for a drive tomorrow to check out some houses. Yes I find calgary quite boring, Ive never been a city girl.

Nice! Yes Fernie is beautiful. We went hiking there this summer and got some amazing pictures! So quiet and less windy in those mountains eh :)

On the generic form for Canada IMM0008E ....I have some questions :)

Question 3: How many family members including you are included in this application? I put 2 if I'm applying for Spousal sponsorship correct?

Question 4: The office requested would be Vegreville if I'm doing inland right?

Question 2 for Personal Details...Should I put my married name if I plan on using it in the future?

Education/Occupation Details:

Question 1 Highest level of Education: If I didn't complete high school do I put "Secondary or less"

And under "intended occupation" I'm not sure what I want to do once I am (hopefully) approved for PR here. I might want to go into school for medical assisting or maybe something with pet services or something like that. I'm undecided :-\ So I just put "homemaker" seeing as my husband and I do want a family. Do you think putting homemaker will affect how they view my application? As in I won't be contributing to Canada's economy?

Thanks for any and all replies! ???

Hi missboon! :)

1st question.. Yes 2
2nd.. Yes it all has to be sent to Vegreville
3rd.. No put the name you have now and then change it once you are married
4th.. Yes secondary or less if you don't have high school - that's what I think anyway! Unless you have college or something else!

Hope that helps :)

I doubt it. You're being sponsored by your common law/husband so no I don't think so. :)

I thought secondary or less means you have a high school diploma according to their definitions ???

Secondary or lessHigh school diploma obtained after elementary school and before college, university, or other formal training.

Do I 'sign' this document by just typing my name in the bottom?

Thank you miss Line.a :P Always a pleasure talking to ya! :)

Haha when i worked there I'd have countless wives/girlfriends asking me if I have seen their men! I'm like sorry it's bass pro, mam! You may have to go to to the customer service to pick him up :) obviously just kidding!

Yeah prob the best idea I think I read you need to have status and I dont think Implied counts. Since were moving to bc I think I can only get health care after AIP so prob no need to file another immigration form not to mention the added stress of even filling it out.
Prob a good thing you haven't been to the mall. I find it way to tempting to spend money I dont really have. Although these roots pants are feeling pretty good lol ;D

BC grants health care to any spouse/child living with their sponsor in Canada with a PR application in process.

I love Value Village! Which is right across from Sail so when we go shopping I go to Value village and he goes to SAIL. So when I meet up with him there and look around I constantly lose him and then countless employees asking me if I need help and I'd say 'Yes, I can't find my husband' :) :P Not my type of store though. I just wanna fall asleep when I'm in there :-\

Hehe thank you, same goes for you! Yeah I think like you'd usually do when you sign any form! I don't remember if it's in capitals or just a plain signature. :)

I don't think I've heard of sail before. I initially thought bass pro shops was boring but I started to like it progressively.. Like I'm not a fan of hunting and guns, but the fishing and boating is nice. Plus they got an awesome little corner where you can buy amazing food! :)

I wonder what they consider "in process" though?

Is AOR enough? Or is AIP required?

Lets all hope that this week processing time will drop, and they will move to.. Nov 27th! :D
