Yup i guess i am the 3rd lucky person to have gotten this privilege by CIC. ;D I hope they send a letter for landing at Scarborough soon as well. Will keep you guys posted

If you don't mind me asking, What country are you coming from and what city are you currently at? I know you said your landing is at Scarborough but that doesn't mean you actually live in Scarborough.

Is there anyone who has gotten a call from the Hamilton office? How long did it take for them to call?

I applied for my OWP in March too. I wonder if I'll even hear about it since my PR application may be completed before I get the OWP. Go figure! Spend 150 for the work visa and by luck they're getting ahead on the apps.

I know the feeling. Seem that 150 for OWP was a total waste based on your DM as soon as you gotten AIP.

As for getting a call or letter from Hamilton office, so far nobody on timesheet that has a landing there received a response. It appears that most of the Calgary / Edmonton had sent a letter. I think it is due to combination of geographic location of mailing the documents from vegreville office and how busy each local CIC office in accessing your application and response. . The CIC offices in Ontario haven't sent any letters as of yet.

Same here. Applied in March for OWP, waiting for a mail from Edmonton office. No complains though. just will be happy when it`s all over!!

Thanks Jiggy for ur reply. Can someone who applied online for OWP help mi out? I need to kno if when applying online for an OWP and the payment option comes up. Is there a section where u can upload a receipt if you have already paid?? Or do u ave to pay with credit card

You'll not be able to upload a receipt. You'll have to print the receipt,fill out the payer information section and mail it off

Country I am coming from is Pakistan and I am in East York near Toronto.
