True I am going to wait for the official letter first and then call up CIC again on Tuesday/Wednesday again to find out if Saturday is a working day for CIC Scarborough. Will keep you guys posted. If they are working on a Saturday I am one lucky person :)

I completely agree with you. Secondly the agents answering calls in CIC should have a bit more information with them. I think at times they just want to quickly get over with your call.

Hey Screech sometimes I wonder that the letter sent by snail mail might have gotten lost as Canada Post does not have a very good reputation for delivering normal mail. Is there a possibility that the letters were sent out and have been lost during transition?
