you know what? I just checked ecas is showing that DM has been made and local office will contact me...
GOD! what does that mean? why I didn't receive an email ? They just called me 2 days ago about my address they were not sure which address is correct because 2 months ago we moved to another appartment....
I'll die...

Don't worry sometimes ecas is updated before receiving the physical letter. Congratulations!!

I wouldn't worry much. I'm sure you will get an email anytime today. Your landing office depending on where you live in TO, it could be Etobicoke, St. Clair or Scarborough. Let us know where your landing office is once you get email.

Congrats to everyone with AIP and DM. It is very exciting to get DM earlier. But CIC is really strict with 1 stage i think. Exactly 6 months..

aww didn't have good experience with call centre this time..i just called to ask about my medical results and the lady sounded bothered and irritated by it. Last time when i called to ask about my OWP, the man was so nice and polite. Anyways, I got what i wanted to know. They've got my results and hopefully I will hear from them soon.

congratulations on your DM!!! ;D ;D ;D we applied almost at the same time and we got our AIP the same time too. I hope my DM is coming anytime soon.

Hey there! I'm getting married sometime in the next month or two and then the hubby and I plan on doing inland sponsorship.. I have some questions for anyone here who has done this process already...

1. I live in New York and he lives in Ontario ...So can I get electronic fingerprinting done while I'm here in New York? I know electronic is much faster but I've also heard that they only allow the electronic** fingerprinting to be done in Canada...is this true?
2. Also since I plan on doing the inland application...I plan on living there while it's processing and I see most of you have "landed" ....does that mean I have to leave and come back? I'm very confused ???
3. I've seen some that were requested to provide additional information...what sort of information was requested? So I can be prepared. ;D
4. I know they request tax papers from the sponsor...and he only just did his 2011 taxes...will this be a problem?

and one more question because I'm a worry wort
5. He hasn't met my family in person but has met them through FaceTime video chat.....I'm just wondering if this will be a conflict on our application.

Any info you guys can offer would be super! Thanks a million!
