Landed today, got in the building at 8:10 and was out by 8:25...well worth the 14 hour round trip drive though

That's awesome. I'm so glad for you and for everyone that heard from immigration last week and received good news. My husband and I just can't wait to be in your spot.

Do we have to take landing appointment letter with us for landing?

You don't have to bring it as I'm sure they have your name in the scheduled appointment time. But it can't hurt to bring it with you to show at reception. Sort of like showing proof that you are suppose to be there.

Actually our mailing address is that of mississauga where my parents live and residence is in ottawa so was jus wondering if we must take letter with us once it arrives.

I would not worry about the year validity of medical report. They can request an extension of your medical report validity, either by additional 6 to 12 months. You're worrying over nothing. Only worry about it when they actually ask for your new medical. Until then, relax and enjoy.

But residential address is Ottawa!
I wouldn't want to land in Scarborough.

I have a feeling since your lawyer is located in mississauga, you will end up in scarborough or Etobicoke. This is based on another applicant that landed based on where their lawyer was located.
