INLAND APPLICATIONS 2012

Hi everyone!!!!
I have a very important question. CIC has sent me and email today saying they are please to say that my application for PR has been completed,
and That my local CIC office will contact me regarding the status of my PR, and some notes regarding bringin an original identification for the appointment etc. Does that mean what I think it is? Do you guys think that this is good and they are contacting me to land in a local CIC office???

Note I have changed my last name in the middle of the application because i started using my husbands last name,In which in this letter has already reflected, I think they just want to confirm that I am me before I get the COPR. what do you guys think???

Congrats on your DM. You will have to go to office with your spouse to get COPR.

We just got our DM in the mail today!!!!

It is dated June 17th. I don't know why it didn't come by email, but I don't care!! It's here!! I've read it 30 times already!!!

Anyone know what the wait time to land in Hamilton is these days??

Find your Member of Parliment via Postal Code here...They will be at an office close to your house as they represent your community.

I am the sponsor, I sent in email with no response, so I called and they told me to come in. It took 5 mins... They ask you both to sign a consent form to authorize they can call on your behalf and then they will get back to you when they hear back from CIC. My husband signed it that night.. I took it back the next day.

They will get back to you with whats going on with your case.

Just called CIC few mins ago, the lady said I should call back next month around this time and the strike is not affecting inland apps** seriously???... yeahhhh right!!!

Hamilton is faster, you should land soon, maybe early next month even

Yes I feel so too. Some agents will tell you straight up if they've started anything. Others will just be dumb as the process is
