To Mona: have you had the chance to figure out your FOSS notes? I re-ordered my husband's last week so I'm hoping to get it early next week. I forgot to attach his consent to my previous request for FOSS.

No, the only thing that I was able to figure is when did they request my RCMP checks. All the rest was my personal info, and when I have applied to my TRV and the extention, nothing fancy a all. I was excited when I saw the letter at first, but not any more.
Yes, I have read that you forgot to sign, but how did you found out about that?

They applied on July 23rd and are from the US too. They got an e-Cas update today and the AIP/OWP was sent on May 12th. WTF?
What is wrong with mine then? I screamed when I saw that. A whole WEEK ahead of mine and they already have an answer. I hope to goodness I just get approved for both.

I received a letter from them saying that they cannot disclose the info about my husband's application even if I'm the sponsor. I thought I could just request for it apparently not, lol!

Yeah mine too. I did try logging in today but still nothing. I will definitely be trying to call again.

I don't know why the link doesn't work from here. I guess this immigration site doesn't like other immigration helping sites or something. But go to trackitt.com and click Canada trackers. Click on Family Class and then make sure the dropdowns are for "spouse" and "Vegreville". Hopefully you will see it then.

Ly, they only got AIP. You are going to get both at the same time. Remember when it took ditta I believe some extra time. Your will be like that too.

I certainly hope so. I mean I hope nothing is wrong with it. It is just bothering me still. I mean come on. Today marks 10 months, I should know by now. I called my mom though to get calmed down and she said that she believes I will be approved for both and that is why mine is taking longer. I mean I am so happy for them and that they are ahead of schedule but dang if I am approved I would like to celebrate too and if I am transferred well then I would like to get started preparing. Hopefully it won't be the latter though.

Even if they dont have an answer for you, you shouldnt get upset. There are so many reasons they are taking a little more time on yours, maybe they are doing both stages at once. Seriously, you have nothing to worry about. You have been so strong all this time, there are probably just couple of more days,( and I know, this is the hardest part) but keep your chin up and everything will be alright.

Recieved open work permit Apr 28,2010 along with a letter stating they have everything they need to finish second stage approvalof PR

Even if they dont have an answer for you, you shouldnt get upset. There are so many reasons they are taking a little more time on yours, maybe they are doing both stages at once. Seriously, you have nothing to worry about. You have been so strong all this time, there are probably just couple of more days,( and I know, this is the hardest part) but keep your chin up and everything will be alright.

Thank you so much coldgirl. I truly think that if they needed anything extra they would have asked and that if it was to be transferred they wouldn't spend this much time on it. This definitely is the hardest part but I will keep my chin up.

Aww what a sweet saying and so truthful. But let me tell you waiting anyday over 10 months is the hardest time you will wait during this process. Even the weeks leading up is so hard. I used to feel the same way as you until I got here. Oh my it is so hard but I have all of you here to keep me going. Thank you.

On a side note: I feel so nauseous today. Haha
