I don't know if it will help anyone else but I found a manual talking about the medical coding for FOSS notes as well as CAIPS.
Considering my FOSS notes stated my medical coding was M1/9 this is what is stands for: "EDE applicants who are assessed as having no identified health condition will be coded M19." It is also says this about the codes: "the three admissible EDE categories will be coded as M19, M29 or M39" Meaning if you have one of those codes you are admissible for medical grounds for the PR application. Yay, such a relief to read that. At least I am reassured for one thing being approved for the application. Now if I could just figure out the rest. Lol.
Here is the link to the manual if you would like to read (it is also very up to date): http://www.cic.gc.ca/English/resources/manuals/ir/ir03-eng.pdf
