just a quick update, I ve landed on may 1st at CIC Montreal . Everything goes pretty smooth. I believe they just asked me for my passport and if i had some dependents that i hadnt included on my IP. and that was all. I also got a new sin card with my permanent number ,

so I got this concern now.

shoud I contact Revenue Canada/Quebec to update my files.?
what about my bank and Credit agencies. what If i want my credit history to follow my new sin card?
does anyone know something about this matter?

i will let u know as soon as I get my pr card. hopefully in June

hi guys!!!im a bit worried yet excited because my timeline is quite approaching already and until now i haven't recieved any call or email regarding my application,
heidicnd: have you got any news already regarding your application cause we are on the same timeline and date,maybe you can pm me if you recieve any news so that i know what to do also..


June applicants is almost over but until now im here waiting for any miracle that might happen... hoping that i'll be hearing some updates until the second week of may!!!

Does anyone knows how long is taking Vancouver office to call for landing? I received my letter from Vegreville already, The decision made was on April 16! They told me to wait for Vancouver office to contact me but no news yet Does anyone knows how long is taking them? This will be my third week waiting!

I think it takes them up to 3months to schedule you for a landing interview

Well vegreville asked me to renew my passport so I'm still waiting for my embassy to send it back to me but when I called the immigration they told me I'll most likely land in Scarborough office

But when I asked them about how long does it take the office to call you and they said up to 3months !

Did u submit your file to vegreville as well ? Do they transfer your file to Scarborough then Scarborough office will contact you or how does it work ? Because I got a decision made letter from CIC-Vegreville requesting passport renewal so I just want to know what would b my next step after submitting my passport ?
