There are some fingerprint technicians that will print digital fingerprints onto an FBI FD-258 card. Ask the Channeler if they will accept that.SnL said:That brings be back to my original problem... A name (only) check will not be accepted. You MUST provide fingerprints to get a true Identity Summary History report letter from the FBI database...either directly or via a Channeler.
