Hi All,
We received our eCOPR in May 2021. Then submitted our photo for PR card. Only my son's photo got accepted and he got his PR card in June. Both my husband's and my photo got rejected so we submitted our 2nd photo in June. IRCC did not do anything until August. In August the Afghanistan issue happened. We have been calling IRCC and filling web forms since October. Each time reply is IRCC busy with Afghanistan issue. I understand those folks are in trouble but how many months should we wait? Already got delayed by a year due to COVID in the PR application then this. We haven't physically met our parents in 4 years. Some elderly in our families already passed away in this pandemic. Feeling really frustrated.
Please let me know if you have any updates or suggestions.

Hi - just wondering if your cases were solved. I had the same issue - my spouse's photo got rejected, we uploaded it again (June 16th) and nothing so far. I got connected to an agent this morning and she said they are reviewing photos from March 11th (from people who had to resubmit photos). She said we have to wait. I just don't know how many months we need to wait. This is so frustrating...

Happened to me as well. Like I got another photo upload email on 9 June, then silence until 19 July when I got PR card straightaway without any notifications in between.

Hi. All. Myself and wife arrived on PR on May 06, we received an email on June 27 advising resubmission of our photo. We submitted new photos on June 28, which as per Canada post receipt were delivered on July 04. Since then we don't know at what stage are our Cards. Can anyone help having similar timeline. Thanks

I made landing on 21st March and received a letter from IRCC to resubmit photos on 5th May. I sent new photos the next day by priority mail and to this day haven't received any updates.
