Information required regarding LMIA

i want some information regarding LMIA as i am confused at some point.

1) after getting positive LMIA..should i apply for work permit or should i apply through Express entry??

2). LMIA has only 6 months of validation...so how much time is required to get work permit???

3). Is there a possibility that after getting LMIA work permit can refuse???

i am really very confused that what to do after getting positive LMIA....my employee will offer me job offer and then i can apply through express entry???

and positive LMIA have how many points in Express entry....

dual LMIA for both, PR supportive LMIA for PR only and free of charge

After getting LMIA you should apply within it expiry date, Varies from Country of residence, but no need to worry even LMIA expired

1. Depends on what you want to do and your zCRS score.

2. 2-3 months normally.

3. Yes your work permit can be refused with a positive LMIA.
