I received my PPR email on 24th December 2019. In the email it is mentioned that if my wife is pregnant then I will have to inform the office along with expected date of delivery. My concern is that is it really required to inform them. And if yes then how should I contact them and inform about my wife’s pregnancy.
1. Reply on PPR email.
2. Webform.
3. Call IRCC.
4. Any other option if not any of the above.

If you are not able to land prior to her giving birth, inform IRCC. If you are landing before the birth, don't inform IRCC.

there is a up to 3 month wait time to receive health coverage in some provinces so you need to look into the healthcare coverage in the province you plan to settle in.

I am able to land prior to land prior to birth. But my wife will not able to land after birth in fact not until medical expires and her CoPR will get expired.

You can tell IRCC. They may delay the app until after the birth and you will have to add the child. Expect several months of additional processing time AFTER the birth.

I informed the CIO visa office about my wife’s pregnancy and they relied that if we both are not able to land before the birth then don’t submit any documents now. After the birth inform them ASAP and they will let me know further process. I am not submitting mine and my wife’s passport for visa stamping at this moment and wait for birth. However I have few doubts.
1. Do I need to call IRCC call centre and inform them as well?
2. Will there be any update on my EE profile? Currently it says in process. Will it change to on hold or something?
3. Is there a possibility that my PR application will be rejected by any chance?
4. Has anyone else faced similar situation and what was their experience?
Please respond as I am worried what will happen next.

1. Why would you call IRCC to tell them what they told you to do?

2. No, it shouldn't change.

3. If your child is medically inadmissible, yes.

4. There are hundreds of threads on this forum about this topic.
