Information about FBI PCC forms

Hi,

I am applying for FBI PCC and need some inputs. I searched the forums for finding information on how to fill these forms but didn't find a dedicated thread for it. So here goes my question:

1. In the I-783 application form, under the MAIL RESULTS TO ADDRESS section do I need to specify CIC address or my address?

2. Also, are there any precautions need to be taken for filling out credit card form or fingerprint form?

2. maybe go to local law enforcement department to get fingerprint card. couldn't think of anything else ....

Hi, I am stuck trying to figure out how to fill this form https://www.edo.cjis.gov/artifacts/standard-fingerprint-form-fd-258-1.pdf FD - 258. For fingerprints, I know a law enforcement agency can do it for me. But how to fill FBI FD 258 with the rest of details.

Stuck at few details such as

'ORI' written in middle means what? How to fill it?
Your No. 'OCA' - means what?
FBI NO - I guess we have to leave it blank if applying for 1st time.
Armed forces no - not applicable
miscellaneious no - says 'passport no' or 'alien registration no'. which one to go for. where can I see 'alien registration no'?
employer address - ? For applying PR, what should I fill?
reason fingerprinted - I think I can write 'Foreign country immigration check' or any other ideas?

Congrats on your ITA. save all your hassles with FP cards.

steps explained below:
1. go to edo and enter your email get a personal code
2. use that code to activate your edo profile
3. fill out all of your information and pay $18, PS.you want to choose mail the report to you
4. go to identogo.com , find nearest center near you,
5. make an appointment with that center by filling out an online form, once complete they will send out email to confirm your appointment time and address for the appointment, also what identification is required at the appoint
6. go to your appointment pay $20+tax, some states might be $25+tax, they do your finger print digitally and print it out along with the FD258 form with all of your information pre-populated on a heavy stock paper, FBI standards.
7. take 1 of the card(identogo will provide you 2 copies) and the payment confirmation email from edo when you made your payment mail them to FBI indicated address.
8. wait patiently for 2-3 days. once they receive it they will send out notification to you via email and the next day you should have your FBI PCC report ready for download.
9. check you mail after 7-10 business days after report done, it should arrive in mail.
10.scan and upload the mailed version and call it done.

total days span 15 days from edo to final report.
total money spent: FBI$18, Identogo $22, Fedex Express saver$10 total $50

Leave anything you don't know blank, like all that stuff in the middle. You don't need it. ORI is only for an organization.

I only filled out the personal information and listed the reason for fingerprinting as "immigration to foreign country." Did the prints myself and mailed a couple copies just in case. Got my PCC no problem.
