I became Canadian PR 2.5 years ago and it's been 9 months my husband got his. Lately, he's been unfaithful in the relationship and I found out it was done only to attain PR status. Is there any way to have his PR cancelled?

You can report him for fraud. You'll want to provide hard evidence that he married you just to get PR. It will be up to IRCC whether they investigate him or not and also up to IRCC whether they make the decision there is enough evidence of fraud to revoke his PR status.

File for divorce when you qualify and move on and hope he doesn’t file for welfare In the next 2+ years. The majority of cases that people report as marriage of convenience are not pursued. You also won’t qualify to sponsor someone for 3 years from his landing date.
