So if you transit and Canada requires a pcr test from a third country ie Dubai, UAE, where is the test done?No I think this is for those who want to *enter* the UAE, the other news was for those who wanted to transit
If it is what the article says, there is no catch if you want to transit
Good question. I too want to know answer. The ticket I have says self transferIs self transfer possible in Dubai as some countries need visa for self transfer
Try and avoid self-transfers as you’ll need to go through passport control in the UAE and that’s not permittedIs self transfer possible in Dubai as some countries need visa for self transfer
What do you mean not permitted? Because you need a visa?Try and avoid self-transfers as you’ll need to go through passport control in the UAE and that’s not permitted
Not simply a visa, but I believe only UAE residents with valid permission can enter at this stageWhat do you mean not permitted? Because you need a visa?
So long as it’s only a transit you can fly via Amsterdam SchipholCan you fly via Amsterdam?
The flight is from terminal 3 to terminal 1 which is 5 min walk at Dubai airport. Do you have any link or have you experienced it?Try and avoid self-transfers as you’ll need to go through passport control in the UAE and that’s not permitted
Yes what Dev is saying is right. With an Indian passport, you need to be a resident to enter the UAE. I went to dubai in April and there are free test for all incoming passsengers but that's when you get out from the passport control area. Not simply a visa, but I believe only UAE residents with valid permission can enter at this stage
That's my intention too. No clear directive on that. Emirates airlines clearly said no for this to me as per latest protocols. So AVOID for nowHello people...I know this question is irrelevant to the current discussion going on. Still I'm looking for some answers. I'm planning on taking albania route. I already have my tickets booked from albania to toronto with Lufthansa. Can I book my first leg to albania with flydubai as it is reduces the overall cost for me. Thanks in advance.
