Indians living in Toronto - How did you get your PCC done?

I'm expecting an ITA in the next draw. Those who got their PCC done, how did you do it?
Is Canadian PCC necessary for temporary workers residing in Canada?

For Indian PCC visit: http://www.blsindia-canada.com/pol_clr_cert.php

For Canadian PCC: It is up to you but official you don't need to do it until CIC asks for it.(which it might not ask ever)

How log does it usually take for Indian PCC? Is the postal service reliable??

For me it took 10-12 days and yes it is reliable, they use FedEx
