Moral of the story, do not file an online application, file a paper application.

CIC rolls out a new system and tries to figure it out after, quite opposite to how the rest of the world works. Like online applications, parents and grand parents lottery etc. Anything new with CIC stay away, go down the proven route.

The person living in Canada need to send any invitation letter to employer to send NOC to Canada immigration office?

Me too waiting for my parents TRV.
It was applied on march 15 online.

Submitted CSE on 19 April. Still no reply or update.

Fingers crossed.

Nithya, I too submitted CSE two days back. It seems the timeline to get a reply for CSE is 28 days. There is too much delay in online TRV processing. :-(

They replied like it will take 10 business days to receive a reply for CSE but i dont think so.

They had given 18 business days for online application now its almost 26 working days since i applied.

Now every week they increasing the processing time by 1 day, its 20 business days they showing.

Dont know what they are upto. Seriously, its frustrating

Looks like the Online system seems to be slow.

I applied for my mom's visa on 25th March. Still waiting.

Is there a contact number to Call CIC and speak to an agent from Outside Canada? Am trying everyday to reach them from Canada but no luck ! I gave up !

They should at least notify us if its taking long or something.

They should at least notify us if its taking long or something.

The only way to contact IRCC is through a Case Specific Enquiry. There's no point in calling CIC agents as they wouldn't have any additional updates/information.

You could also try linking your application (if it was a paper submission) to your online account

My dad called the delhi high commission yesterday and they said they wont entertain on phone calls for any queries email.
This was they reply he received.

Applied visitor visa online for my aunt on March 23rd but no reply yet. Online shows 21 days but its been a month but no reply from CIC.

It seems online application got stuck who submitted after March 20th. I am flying on May 9TH not sure she gets visa by that time

Allied for my sister April 4 and still no reply. I think there is somerhing wrong . my sister and i applied same day for vusitor visa. I got passport request on 10 April n got visa stamp on 14 April. Me 19 years old university student in delhi. My sister 21 university student at delhi. Cannot buy my flight ticket cuz waiting fir her visa.
