it depends on how long you plan to stay out of India .. becoz u need to think about getting a PCC and Medicals and funds... etc
The more you stay out of India u need to consider the additional time required for background checks in a foreign country and when you leave the foreign country after you apply you should think about how to handle the requests that are linked to a foreign country
