India TATKAL passport help - Vancouver

Hello All, my passport is expiring in December 2015. I need to renew it in Vancouver. I have been in Canada since 2010, and have also married in the meantime.

What documents to bring to help make the process smooth?

Thank you all for the help. Online website is just frustrating on details. BLS-India forms are another nightmare. If anyone can help me here, will be awesome.

This link has the checklist of docs you would need. I renewed my passport in July, it was smooth.

Tatkal means urgent processing. I did not apply under this process. I applied for normal process.

For me it took 2.5 weeks. But the processing times vary upon jurisdiction. The website I provided has information on processing times based upon region.
