I suggest wait until tomorrow. If you still dont get PPR go ahead and call cic and contact vo.

it is an email. Although, you can do medicals upfront (like me) and cut down any wait times around that. Medicals are good for a year so no harm doing that.

which stage of PR application are you in>? Also, CIC normally asks to submit the docs in 30 days. wasn't that the case>?

If you know that CPC Ottawa has your file you can email them the e-medical. They won't send you any acknowledgment email so don't expect one. For me, after I submitted all the documents, I had to wait for a months. Although, the CIC call center was able to confirm that CPC Ottawa is not...

I was in similar situation...i had applied for my wife's dependent visa online. They asked for medical and gave a form. After medical was done the doctor sent it to appropriate visa office. Then I also sent the emedicals to cpc ottawa as that is where our PR was being processed. The thing...

They dont issue bowp at port of entry. It is not allowed. I tried this and couldn't get one.the cbsa officer gave me cic website link which explicitly says bowp can't be issued at port of entry
