They are mentioning fake because their courier is getting down as . Moreover BLS is charging 100$ for in province, which is true scam instead of 80$, as per the consulate site. People had no choice, instead they need to pay the complete amount, because they need their work to be done.This is a fake website. See notification from the actual BLS website. Listen, my most of my friends tried okay, no one got any bad experience here and for in province it was 72$ (both up and down). Its totally your call. Go to the site, and open the about us section, you will get your answer. Don't conclude anything before seeing it yourself.
Do it your self, go to BLS walk-in, for simple mistake they would charge you 100 dollar, which is their premium lounge. And if everything is right, only for courier they charge 70bucks. 60 courier and 10 dollar some type of receipt, i dont know what the hell was that. People suffer.
problem is you are quoting their website without calling out that it isn't the official agent acting on behalf of the MEA. As agents of MEA, they have certain responsibilities. Their shoddy practices can be called out and should be called out. I understand your perspective, talking here wont going to change anything,. But people doesnt know BLS accepts all the type of courier which is Purolator, Fed Ex, Ups, Intercity, or Canada post. Once you call to the call centre, they will say we wont accept any other courier than Purolator. Where it is Written first??? No where right, can they give in the written statement, no of course. they can't do it.

Of all the things to be mad about at the official BLS, you are picking on the wrong thing. They can have a tie up with whoever they want - that's their contract to hand out. But since you asked, in their footer, they have written "Purolator label" - implying the contract. Their prices for the premium lounge are clearly identified as $100 on their website - https://www.blsindia-canada.com/toronto-jurisdiction/vas.php. This includes the courier fees by the way. Again, I absolutely hate the way they push their premium services. Another thing to think about - how is it that this third party agent is able to offer a "pick up" service from BLS. Whenever I have had to pickup my documents from BLS office, I have to provide my ID to prove that I am the person involved in the application. But somehow, this agency is able to go pick up your documents on your behalf? This just seems off to me and doesn't add up.
I am not debating your experience with this third party agency. But you should call it out as such, and make it clear to the users here that it is not the official agent acting on behalf of MEA. People have to share a sensitive information for these applications - let them make the call... pay 40 bucks form filling + $72 courier charges at this unauthorized agent, or $100 + $10 bucks at the authorized agent. Both of them are ripping us off.

You go to the canada post, and buy two envelopes right, one is called pickup, which illustrates that you are sending the document to CPC ottawa office from your location. And second envelope is used to send your document back to your address, once the process is complete.
So, this is how prepaid envelope works. Moreover this is not a third party courier, this is a registered Purolator company (Purolator is a Canadian courier that is owned by Canada Post (91%)).
Any one can trust it. And No one is providing the docs to any agent, we are buying Purolator labels from an agent simple. There is no "BLS Courier", Bls is partnerships with Purolator, thats it.
Even you can go directly to any Purolator, buy pickup label and return courier label. And send the docs to BLS, and add return courier label along with the envelope. Once the process is complete, you will get your document using the same return courier label that you have sent with the application on the first.
Moreover, if you visit BLS they charge one way courier 70$, 60 for courier and 10$ some random receipt. Yes one way courier, i have to book an appoitnment, skip my work, even after booking the appointment, i need to wait for 3-4 hrs. Once i visit the counter, they find silly mistakes, if they cant able to find, they come to the photo, then courier.
Photo online is 9$, but they charge 18$. I'm not pushing anybody, giving a way, people can buy this value added services in a cheaper way as well, instead of paying high amount than mentioned on the website.

And why the hell we are fighting out, listen if the service is not appropriate why i would put the link here. And tell that its a cheaper price and any one can utilize it. Personally used it, my friends and their friends of friends have used it. No one had any problem. I just bought a Purolator Courier label, thats it. Purolator guy came to my home and collected it, next day it reached the BLS. And once the process completed it, the doc came back to me through same Purolator. It was smooth.
I dont want to win here, I just agree with you that Its the people wish at the last. After this a lot convo's, even i'm tired of it.

Are you getting paid by the unofficial website or what? You keep throwing random explanations hoping something will work. All I am saying is that you are trusting your information with unauthorized agents, who are masquerading as the official one. Why call yourself as BLS if the intention is not to mislead people?

Fake BLS offers a pickup only service, AFTER you have submitted the documents and your passport or PCC (for example) is ready for collection. If the applicant had submitted the second envelope, there is no need for this. If you are are able to fill the form correctly, you don't need to worry about either BLS premium lounge crap (challenge them if they try to push it) or to pay the fake website. If I can buy a Purolator label from anywhere, then why point them to the fake website. Just ask people to buy a Purolator label. And if it doesn't work that way, then how is it possible that a fake agent's Purolator label somehow seems to be accepted by the real BLS. Please contact at pcc.toronto@mea.gov.in for the expediate process. Just write a convincing email to them. They will assist you out.
Attach the ITA for the reference, and highlight the deadline.
