Hi All, my PCC status shows: "Police Verification Report is clear. PCC is available for issuance." This status has been unchanged for more than 18 days. I raised a ticket on the BLS website, but they only checked the tracking status on their site, which states: "Processing at Consulate General."
Who should I contact to get an update on this issue? any email/phone number?

Nov 22, 2024: PCC application at BLS Mississauga center.
Nov 26, 2024: Status Change: "PCC application is under review at Indian Embassy/Consulate."
Dec 6, 2024: Status Change: “Police Verification has been initiated and a request has been sent to Indian Embassy/Consulate. PCC needs to be collected from the Indian Embassy/Consulate where the applicant applied after a 'Clear' Police Verification Report is received at the Indian Embassy/Consulate”
Around Dec 10, 2024: Police verification done in India.
Dec 23, 2024: Status Change: "PCC report is clear and available for issuance"
Jan 4, 2025: Received my PCC via Purolator.
BLS needs one proof of address where the police verification should happen for PCC. If you have passport with that address, use that for police verification. Different addresses on other wont matter.

Jan 18th, 2025- Submitted- Under Process - In Transit from BLS Centre to High Commission
Jan 19th, 2025- Processing at the High Commission.
Jan 21, 2025- A Police Verification Request has been sent to the Police department (refer to the following table for details) for your PCC Application submitted
Jan 24th, 2025- Police Verification happened at my address in India they gave us a call to come to the station.
Jan 27, 2025- The Police Verification Report is clear. PCC is available for issuance.

My Husband's application status has been "Police Verification has been initiated and a request sent to Indian Embassy/Consulate. PCC needs to be collected from the Indian Embassy/Consulate where the applicant applied after a 'Clear' Police Verification Report is received at the Indian Embassy/Consulate." for 6 weeks now. The police authority in India has confirmed that they have "cleared" my husband last Dec 16, but the status never changed since then. Any idea where we can escalate and ask for the latest update?
Where can I find the consulate contact number? That's different from BLS , am i right?
It should be on their website. Yeah, BLS is different. They are a kind of third-party document-collecting agent for consulates. I suggest contacting the consulate responsible for your corresponding city.
Hi all, please help with urgent information. So my spouse submitted her documents for PCC. Only her passport address is the same as ours. She didn't change her Aadhar. Now, the policeman who visited said he is not sure it is accepted. I haven't received an adverse report yet. It's a local holiday in India. What happens usually? Will it be processed or rejected? The passport has the correct address as in the application.
