How do you know it will be resolved in 2 3 days? I have been calling since last 10 days, same answer technical issue and will be resolved in a week bt nothing happened till date.

Applied on October 30 (BLS Montreal)
Same status like yours : PCC Printed on 14 November

Waiting for dispatch status from HCI Ottawa

Did you receive any update?

No update since the 30th Oct, after it was printed. Called and emailed High Commission a thousand times but no response at all.
