I received an email regards passport request but I have no idea how to get an appointment and where to get (to submit my passport), ND vo

Submitted passport in vfs Bangalore today morning...it was quet easy process...it took only 10min for me..there was no rush also..hope there won't be any problem n get passport back with visa stamped...by the way i hope sunny and other fnds with the same timeline as mine got DM...praying sincerely for you people...

How did you book an appointment? please help me

I also don't know the process to book an appointment at vfs global services. However after doing a bit of research i have found the below mentioned info, it may be helpful to you.

Can you please share the following things in your application:-
1). When did you receive your PPR?
2). What's your status in Ecas?
3). What's your status in GC-Key?
4). What's your complete Timeline?
5). What's your Visa Office?
6). When your status changed to Decision Made?

but Gckey = We start processing your BC
all remaining things were updated in cic time lines (ND Vo) page

Bro they are already taking more time than it currently shows or previously shows because as per the previous updation, when it was 13 months the applicants has got their DM/PPR in 16-17 months however i am in the 16th month(applied on 20/07/16 aor in 25/11/2016) but still waiting for the DM. whereas my medical will also get expired on 09-01-2018 but really don't know what these NDVO officers want from us?
