Hello fellow members waiting for PPR.
I'm new in this portal and today is complete 1 year since my file has been received. So thought to share my timeline here.
1. Received application for PR July 22,2016
2. File number received on November 25,2016
3.started file processing on Dec 21,2016
4. Done medical on 17 Jan 2017.
Medical received and current status "IN PROCESS"

Does anyone make out any expected date for PPR.? Good luck to all the expectants.

Same here applied on 20/7/16 but still waiting for DM.

What's your status of Background Check in GCKEY account ?

13 months From the date they have received your application.

Now, there is doubt about 13 months and even 15 months timeline.

Its seems to be changing actually. Many of us are already waiting for 13+ months but there is no change in BG status.

I have already completed 13.5 Months but no change anywhere till date. cic says 3 months from medical but it is 7.5months till now.

True..I have crossed 14 months now & entered in 15 month of waiting..Till now no update

Order GCMS notes. Find some chahca ke tau ki behan ka beta who lives in Canada and can file GCMS notes on your behalf for CAD 5. If you have extra money to splurge then spend CAD 40 and get GCMS notes from some agency like caips.ca. GCMS notes will give you current status of your application. Also after you have crossed 13 months, you can call CIC Customer Care and ask them for status of the file.

Little doubtful here about 15months timeline as I have met few guys who have not got DM/PPR even after 15months.

I think 18months timeline will come into picture now.

There are lucky people who have completed the whole federal stage and landed within 9months time line that too from New Delhi visaoffice recently .So the time lag some of us are experiencing seems to be based on file to file differences .Some sort of stuff which I don't understand.Prediction of processing time and generalization seems to be stupid at this stage

Really waiting this much is horrible..all about timeline is useless at this moment
